Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor is on the Nintendo eShop for Switch and Switch 2 today, Oct 9, 2026, at $12.99 in the US. Ghost Ship Publishing and Funday Games set that date in their September 29 press release, Nintendo Life’s eShop listing matches the price and day, and GoNintendo reported the launch on Oct 9, 2026. Store and press checks for this Drop were made on Oct 9, 2026, at 8:50 a.m. PT. It is the same single-player auto-shooter already on PC, Xbox, and mobile — one listing that runs on both Switch systems, not a separate Switch 2 edition. The PS5 port arrived Oct 7.

Capcom’s Dark Arisen lands with Switch 2’s first Dogma 2

Capcom’s Games Press release and Capcom Town Store both say Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen is available today on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Nintendo Switch 2. The combined package is $49.99 and includes the base game plus the expansion. On PS5, Xbox, and Steam you can also buy the expansion alone for $29.99 if you already own the game; Switch 2 only sells the bundle, because Dogma 2 has never been on a Nintendo console before. Capcom also shipped Title Update 4.0 with the launch (Hard Mode, PS5 Pro and PC upscaling options, quality-of-life fixes). Xbox’s store listing put the unlock at 5:00 p.m. PT on Oct 8 (midnight UTC on the 9th); Nintendo’s AU product page still lists Oct 9 as the Switch 2 date.

Free weekends and a Hello Kitty trial

Xbox Free Play Days run from Thursday, Oct 8, through Sunday, Oct 11. Per Xbox Wire: ARC Raiders is free for every Xbox account (Game Pass not required), Screamer and Family Man need Game Pass Essential/Premium/Ultimate, and High on Life 2, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl, Little Nightmares III, and Rogue Waters are timed trials. Embark’s own ARC Raiders free weekend is slightly longer — Oct 8 at 09:00 UTC through Oct 12 at 08:00 UTC (1:00 a.m. PT Monday) — on Steam, Xbox, and PlayStation, so console Free Play Days end Sunday night while ARC’s multi-store window stretches into early Monday.

Nintendo Switch Online members in regions running the promo can download the full Hello Kitty Island Adventure (Switch version) from 10:00 a.m. PT Oct 9 through 11:59 p.m. PT Oct 15. Nintendo’s what’s-new post and Nintendo Life both confirm saves carry into a purchase, and the digital Switch edition is 45% off through 11:59 p.m. PT Oct 18.

Deadlines still worth hitting this weekend

These are the claims and sales windows that still matter after today’s launches. October’s PS Plus monthly games (F1 25, Hunt: Showdown 1896, Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2) were covered when they unlocked Oct 6 — the only new note here is the claim cutoff.
