Two clocks on ARC Raiders
Xbox’s Free Play Days window for ARC Raiders ends Sunday with the rest of the lineup. Embark’s own free weekend is longer: Oct 8 at 09:00 UTC through Oct 12 at 08:00 UTC — 1:00 a.m. PT Monday — on Steam, Xbox, and PlayStation. If you only care about the extraction shooter, you still have Sunday night into early Monday on Steam and PS5 after Xbox’s Free Play Days label drops. Xbox Wire also lists the base game, Deluxe Edition, and Deluxe upgrade at 50% off through Oct 15 ($39.99 → $19.99 on the base game in the US store listing).
Game Pass: Clair Obscur leaves Wednesday
The other Xbox deadline that matters this weekend is the Oct 15 Game Pass exit list. Xbox Wire’s October wave post names Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, A Plague Tale: Requiem, Pacific Drive, Crime Scene Cleaner, Evil West, The Casting of Frank Stone, Donut County, and Superball among titles leaving that day (Nova Roma leaves PC). If any of those are still in your queue, finish them before midweek or buy while the leaving discounts are up. Coming the other direction: Battlefield 6, Deep Dish Dungeon, and Valor Mortis land on Game Pass on Oct 13, with Bluey’s Happy Snaps and Chained Beasts on Oct 15.
Nintendo and PlayStation windows still open
Nintendo Switch Online members in regions running the promo can keep the full Hello Kitty Island Adventure (Switch version) through 11:59 p.m. PT Oct 15. Nintendo’s what’s-new post and Nintendo Life both confirm saves carry into a purchase, and the digital Switch edition is 45% off through 11:59 p.m. PT Oct 18.
October’s PS Plus monthly games — F1 25, Hunt: Showdown 1896, and Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2 — stay claimable through Monday, Nov 2. Sony’s PlayStation Blog and Push Square both use that cutoff; add them to your library even if you do not download yet. The Player’s Choice sale on the PS Store is still live through Oct 21 (Push Square; the German PlayStation Blog lists the EU window through early Oct 22 local time).
Kingdom Hearts Collection [I~III] has been out since Oct 8 on Switch 2, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The Xbox store lists the US digital bundle at $74.99; Nintendo’s Switch 2 product page matches the Oct 8 date. It is a buy-if-you-want stack, not a deadline, but it is the biggest multiplatform launch still sitting in storefronts this weekend.

If you only have one free evening: download ARC Raiders while Free Play Days (or Embark’s longer window) are open, start or finish Clair Obscur before it leaves Game Pass on Oct 15, and queue Hello Kitty if you have NSO and have not tried it yet. The PS Plus claims can wait a few more weeks; Free Play Days cannot.
